Every Member is an Integral and Welcomed Part of the Foundation of the Sisterhood and Brotherhood in Mu Phi Chapter!

1. Inactive members may reactivate directly through Mu Phi Chapter Inc.

2. Inactive members must complete the Member Section of the Reactivation Form and submit the form to Mu Phi Chapter Inc., President.

3. Inactive members must pay national, regional, and annual chapter per capita taxes/fees to the chapter.
